Create your booking link

Free with any Google account, including a personal Gmail. Takes about five minutes. Do this on a computer.

  1. Open Google Calendar Go to calendar.google.com and sign in with the account you want meetings booked on.
  2. Create an appointment schedule Click Create at the top left, then choose Appointment schedule.
  3. Set it up Give it a title like Meeting with [Your Name], pick a length (30 minutes works well), and set the days and hours you’re available. Check the time zone matches where you are.
  4. Add Google Meet Under Location and conferencing, choose Google Meet video conferencing so every booking gets a video link.
  5. Save and copy the link Click Save. Then click the schedule on your calendar, choose Share, and copy the booking page link.
  6. Paste it here Paste the link into Book a Meeting Link on this page. The button in your signature will open your booking page.
Test it Open the link in a private browser window to see exactly what people will see, and try booking a slot.
No booking page? Leave the default company link in place. It goes to the Mori Web Studios strategy call page.
Add your email signature

Takes about two minutes. Do this on a computer, in Chrome or Edge.

  1. Copy your signature Check your details on this page, then click Copy signature.
  2. Open Gmail settings In Gmail, click the gear icon at the top right, then See all settings.
  3. Create a new signature Stay on the General tab and scroll down to Signature. Click Create new and name it Mori Web Studios.
  4. Paste it in Click inside the signature box and press Ctrl + V (Cmd + V on a Mac). Don’t retype or edit anything.
  5. Make it your default Under Signature defaults, choose Mori Web Studios for both For new emails use and On reply/forward use.
  6. Save Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
Check it worked Send a quick email to yourself and open it on your phone as well as your computer.
Sending from the Gmail app? Open the app’s Settings, tap your account, and make sure Mobile signature is off or empty. If it isn’t, the app uses that plain-text signature instead.
